Biography
Rev. Dr. Benjamin Ayikwei is the founder of Light and Salt Forum. His pastoral work over many years brought him into repeated contact with a particular gap: congregations full of faith and goodwill, with few structured routes for turning either into national contribution.
Light and Salt Forum is his response to that gap — an organisation built to convene, train and deploy rather than only to exhort. His stated intention is institutional rather than personal: to establish something that continues to serve Ghana long after its founders have handed over.
