Ghana has no shortage of good analysis. What is scarcer is the moment when a pastor, a district officer, a business owner, a teacher and a youth leader sit at one table long enough to agree who will do what.
The Light and Salt Forum exists to create that moment deliberately, and then to hold everyone in the room to what they agreed. It convenes nationally each year and regionally through chapters.

Written agreements between churches, businesses, schools and agencies.
New projects entered into the chapter delivery pipeline.
Where appropriate, evidence-based submissions to relevant institutions — nonpartisan in framing.
New mentoring relationships and professional connections formed on the day.
